Well, sure, in my opinion. But in doing so, they get the objective reality from some other judgment, some higher science. The consonance of subjective experience with an objective reality that is known from some other science is a sign, an evidence, of the true moral judgments of the natural law, but it is not a demonstration of them. Subjective experience is no common measure, precisely because it is subjective.

Is your basic argument here that TOB deals only with someone's experience and so doesn't lead to the nature of things (albeit even if TOB advocates do get so far)?

Doesn't TOB try to show the consonance of the two through the proper understanding of such experience (subjective experience and objective reality)?
