Yes, the Latin is that of the Leonine edition.

I was hoping to find out what latin edition is used in the text. Specifically, I was wanting to find out if the Prima Pars volumes (and subsequent volumes) use the Leonine edition for the latin?

Our goal is to put out a volume about every three months. Thus, volume three, comprising Prima Secundae, qq. 1-70 or so will hopefully be available by the Feast of the Assumption.
